Corey Coleman has over 30 years of experience as a mental health expert, life coach, and ordained Christian minister. Known for his compassion, authenticity, and ability to connect with people on a deep level, Corey has dedicated his life to helping individuals, families, and organizations achieve healing, growth, and lasting transformation.
Corey’s life and work are deeply influenced by his commitment to fostering well-being, empathy, and balance. As a former youth and associate pastor, faith has been an essential part of Corey’s personal journey, shaping his values and perspectives. While his professional services are centered around evidence-based therapeutic and coaching techniques, his personal life remains grounded in principles of empathy, compassion, and personal growth.
Corey’s belief in the importance of balancing the mind, body, and spirit guides him personally, though he maintains a clear distinction between his personal beliefs and the professional services he provides.
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health industry, Corey helps individuals and families navigate challenges like trauma, relationship dynamics, and conflict resolution. His empathetic, non-judgmental approach creates a safe environment for clients to navigate their struggles and heal. Corey earned a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, complemented by bachelor’s degrees in human services counseling and psychology and minors in addiction treatment and family studies.
Corey’s academic achievements include three peer-reviewed papers on family therapy, addiction recovery, and mental health services, alongside specialized training in sex therapy and EMDR therapy for trauma recovery.
Corey is currently re-accumulating hours to become a licensed marriage and family therapist in Nevada as he pivots to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care to the community.
After acting as a life coach for many years, Corey is in the process of becoming a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He works with executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders to enhance emotional intelligence, develop strategic decision-making, and improve conflict-resolution skills. Corey’s coaching approach is deeply personal, focusing on both professional success and emotional well-being, helping clients maintain balance while achieving long-term success. His ability to connect with leaders on an interpersonal level has helped countless professionals achieve long-term success while maintaining personal fulfillment.
In 2023, Corey founded his private practice, Insightful Dynamic Solutions (IDS), with a desire for deeper, more personal engagement with the community. Through IDS, Corey offers tailored one-on-one services, specializing in internet-based therapy and high-level professional coaching as distinct services. Clients can engage in therapy to focus on emotional and mental health issues or participate in professional coaching to enhance leadership skills and professional development. This practice enables him to work intimately with individuals, families, and leaders, providing holistic transformation through a unique combination of therapy and coaching.

Corey’s mission with IDS is to foster personal transformation compassionately and directly, cultivating a small-practice atmosphere that yields significant results. In addition to personalized services, IDS will offer online courses, group coaching programs, and workshops, allowing Corey to extend his expertise to a broader audience while maintaining the personal touch that distinguishes IDS from larger practices.
In 2013, Corey founded INSPIR3, a nonprofit mental health hospital, where he consistently demonstrated visionary leadership through strategic planning, fundraising, and community engagement. Corey skillfully guided the organization through adapting to evolving community needs. A passionate advocate for mental health care, substance abuse treatment, and suicide prevention, Corey has tirelessly championed greater access to these critical services, evidenced by the creation of a robust advisory board that united key leaders to advance mental health advocacy. Corey has earned recognition as a leading voice in the field through his unwavering efforts in engaging legislators and raising awareness of mental health challenges. He credits much of his success to the incredible team he surrounded himself with, believing authentic leadership is about empowering others.
INSPIR3 has evolved over the years, with the scope and scale changing in 2023, including dispersing the advisory board and focusing on online and in-person counseling that integrates spiritual and religious principles that align with Corey’s ministerial background. This holistic approach reflects Corey’s deep commitment to serving the community; however, its core mission has remained steadfast to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality mental health services.
An experienced public speaker, Corey delivers engaging presentations on topics like leadership development, emotional intelligence, trauma recovery, and mental health advocacy at conferences and corporate events. His classes and workshops provide in-depth training on leadership strategies and trauma-informed care, helping participants apply actionable insights to their personal and professional lives.
